Both Adam and Tom were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and flexible! We saw interesting sites, ate great Polish food, and enjoyed the Christmas Markets of Poland. We highly recommend traveling with this company.Posted on Lynn KlimaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our trip to Poland with Adam and Tom was nothing short of spectacular — a journey through history, culture, and the undeniable charm of this vibrant country. Poland exceeded every expectation, offering a perfect blend of rich heritage, stunning landscapes, and warm hospitality. Our journey through Central Europe was absolutely extraordinary as we explored a captivating array of cities, including Warsaw, Poznań, Wrocław, Prague, Polanica, and Kraków. From the moment we began, the comfortable and well-organized transportation made traveling between destinations seamless. Each stop offered something unique and unforgettable, from rich histories to breathtaking architecture. Every city shared one common theme: the incredible hospitality and warmth of the people, which enhanced an already fantastic journey. Combined with the comfort of travel, breathtaking accommodations, and the opportunity to hear fascinating local stories at the very locations where they happened, this trip was beyond anything we could have imagined. And oh, the food! Every morning, our day started with a sumptuous breakfast buffet — a feast of freshly-baked bread, fluffy rolls, smoked sausages, cold cuts, cheeses, and the most delicious pickles you could imagine. The spread often included scrambled eggs, pancakes, seasonal fruits, and an array of Polish pastries. Lunches and dinners were equally delightful. We savored the hearty comfort of rosol, borscht, żurek (sour rye soup), flavorful sausages, and iconic bigos (hunter’s stew). We ate pierogi, stuffed with fillings ranging from savory (mushroom and cabbage) to sweet (sweet cheese or berries), and rich and decadent Polish desserts like sernik (cheesecake) and paczki (Polish donuts). Every meal felt like a celebration of Polish culinary tradition. Our trip to Poland with Adam and Tom was a wonderful mix of enriching experiences, historical reflection, cultural immersion, and sheer fun. Poland captured our hearts in the most unexpected ways. Whether enjoying the peaceful surroundings of our ideally situated hotels, savoring the authentic Polish and Czech cuisines, or exploring the rich history and architecture of each destination, this trip truly had it all. From start to finish, it was a journey filled with beauty, charm, and unforgettable memories. We can’t recommend it enough. With its heartfelt hospitality, incredible food, and rich stories around every corner, Poland truly became a destination we’ll always cherish.Posted on Darleen GauciTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My recent Christmas Market tour of Poland was exceptional! The company took care of every detail and ensured any special requests were met. Travel arrangements were prompt and comfortable while our tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable. Our group visited several Christmas markets, castles and churches, and engaged in two interactive events: a sleigh ride/bonfire and Christmas ornament making. I plan to return to follow up on ancestral research and visits to their towns, churches and cemeteries. The breakfasts at the five star hotels were delicious and the other daily meals were superb. We walked several miles each day and enjoyed every minute of the tour. Transportation arrangements provided for easy transfers and efficient travel time. I highly recommend traveling with them and using them for geneology research.Posted on Pamela NovakTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Last summer we planned a genealogy tour with Adam based on what we know of our family’s history in two different regions. We were able to visit both areas and to tailor the rest of our trip around our interests. Adam was very communicative and our guide Tom was friendly and informative. I highly recommend organizing a trip with Adam, as he can make whatever you’d like to happen happen. We booked a private tour with Adam to trace the footsteps of our ancestors through rural villages in Northern Poland. Adam was professional, supportive, and flexible throughout this emotional journey. He drove us through one lane dirt roads, helped take photos, helped us search for gravestones, and acted as an interpreter and facilitator with locals to make this trip successful and rewarding. I would highly recommend his services. Everything Adam organized from accommodations, an outdoor museum, and meals were excellent. Thank you for your friendliness which made this an enjoyable experience.Posted on Peter RobinsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My cousin and I used Genealogy Tour Poland to learn about our mothers' family. Adam and his company arranged an itinerary after researching our family history and directing us to archives and locations where we could delve deeper into our past. Tom, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and helped bring to life the experiences our ancestors had in the western Poland region where they lived. We are most grateful to Adam and his company for arranging a meaningful and moving visit to Poland. Adam was very good about making sure I had tours that included IJ Paderewski as well as other family members. With the help of Adam I had amazing tours guides that are very informative about the history of the cities I toured. All of my guides spoke English and I could clearly understand everything. All my guides helped me including when my phone service shut down. The guides will go the extra length to help out. I toured Warsaw, Torun, Gdansk, Sopot, Gdynia, Poznan, Krakow, Auschwitz, Zakopane, Tatra Mountains, Morskie Oko Lake, Koscieliska Valley, Kasna Dolna Paderewski's Estate, and Zalipie. If you want a tour with detailed information this is the company to book.Posted on David SmallTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Adam did great work connecting us to our long-lost Polish relatives - as far as we know, there had been no contact between the Canada/US side and the Polish side for over 100 years! He helped ease the language barrier in the beginning, and now that our respective branches of the family tree are in contact with each other, we are discussing future visits. We highly recommend Adam and his company. It was and continues to be such a fulfilling experience.Posted on Karen DightonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Adam and his team helped us to design a perfect genealogy focused trip to Poland. With his team's help we were able to locate and visit two small towns my great grandmothers came from. We also were able to visit many of the major tourist attractions with a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide, Tom. We had a meaningful and fantastic trip to Poland using Genealogy Tour. I can't recommend it enough for anyone interested in tracing their family roots to Poland and seeing the beautiful and cultural rich history of this great country.
